Our Radiant Barrier House wrap is made of one layer of highly reflective aluminum that is laminated to a thick sheet of polyethylene generating superior performance and product durability.  It is typically installed over wood or insulating sheathing, and under siding or other exterior coverings.  It creates a protective barrier against air infiltration and unwanted liquid moisture.  In addition to sealing out air, it is designed to allow damaging moisture to escape from inside the home or building.  It can raise an existing wall’s performance by up to 20% while constantly blocking up to 96% of radiant heat transfer.  This turns into large energy savings in our heating and cooling costs, all the while providing a more comfortable living space.
